I started at the bottom--literally--cleaning the basement and washing windows. I worked my way up through the rookie ranks and assisted senior consultants nationwide. Eventually I earned senior-level projects, including helping manage multiple statewide reassessments and identifying new business opportunities. In a company with more than 300 employees, I earned the company's annual presidential awards for revenue production more than five times.
