ACCEO Tender Retail was the first payment solution in North America to adopt EMV standards and roll out a complete encryption solution for merchants. This semi-integrated payment middleware software is PIN Pad and acquirer independent. The “direct-to-processor” approach allows retailers to route payments to their processor of choice avoiding the need for a middleman gateway.• Successfully managed multiple large retailers such as Chick-Fil-A, Francesca' s, Blinds to Go, Lids, Genesco, along with various host providers such as Desjardins, SDP in the Dominican Republic to achieve their payment objectives for credit, debit, mobile, and gift card solutions.

Since 1990, Jonas Club Software has helped over 2,300 clubs around the world optimize the management of their unique businesses. Recruited to fully manage large and strategic implementations during a period of rapid expansion, successfully managed implementations for accounts such as the Congressional Country Club, Vail Resorts, The Yale Club of New York, The Wentworth Club and most recently The Birley Group. Projects are typically budgeted in the $1 million range.• Proven track record in managing projects on time and within budget with an exceptional level of quality and the highest client satisfaction – all projects have remained clients to current day resulting in no attrition.• Succeeded in creating and delivering solutions to untapped markets such as high-end fitness clubs and city clubs where Jonas had no prior experience. In that time, Jonas has become a significant player in each of these vertical markets. Revenue from these streams has produced new client sales of over $10m to date with recurring support and enhancement fees, and over $1m in add-on sales from new products resulting from these key account initiatives.• Consistently generated initiatives for new products and submitted ideas focused on client communications and retention. Succeeded in delivering unique functionality that has been able to be re-sold many times over to existing client base.• In 2004, became Manager of Jonas’ ClubHouse Online Implementations team hiring and managing a team of 5 to support a newly acquired Web-based package that integrates with the back office system. Since that time, Jonas has grown the client base from 55 installations to over 1000, generating recurring revenue of over $5m per year.• In 2006, returned to managing projects internationally, obtaining PMP designation in 2007 and gaining significant international experience working with clients in the UK, Portugal and South Africa, and becoming familiar with international tax and reporting requirements.

MIBARSOFT was the largest developer of store level and head office accounting software for the Grocery industry in North America serving clients such as National Grocers, Oshawa Foods and Certified Grocers of America.Promoted to Project Manager in 1993 in charge of large multi-million dollar strategic implementations with Loblaws, Overwaitea, Mega Marts and Certified Grocers. • Assisted with the design and implementation of many new product initiatives to enhance the software application that resulted in gains for the company’s bottom line.• Key role in the design and implementation of a help desk tracking system.• Provided consulting services and business analysis for internal rewrite of our original software application.
