Duties include:• Retouching, creative enhancement, digital compositing on a diverse range of imagery to support delivery of cross-channel Global Marketing assets. Examples include creation/removal of elements in a photographic scene, compositing of elements from multiple images, removing complex graffiti from images to optimize product placement, etc.• Retouching on production photography across all product types in order to enhance presentation of product to consumers in all global markets for both digital and retail channels.• Participation and collaboration in pre-production meetings with design, photography and marketing groups.• Identification of image issues, such as products being changed by Designers after initial photography, determining root cause and required corrective imaging steps. This involves multiple systems and communication across several related teams.• Responsible for color correction and accuracy, matching product for both print and web output, in an effort to minimize product returns and ensure consistency.• Responsible to ensure adherence to NB Imaging Standards and practices across all internal and external production photography partners.
