CurrentGreg Gerla is a commercial and fine art photographer operating a studio in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.He also held an instructor position within the Design/Photography Department of the Alberta University of the Arts.Greg graduated from the Alberta College of Art & Design in 1990.His work evokes a strong mood with attention to craft and style.He is represented by several stock agencies and his work has been published world-wide.Greg has had several exhibitions of his fine art work locally, and abroad. Greg served on the National Board of CAPIC (Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators) from 2002-2016. He served as president of the Prairie Chapter of CAPIC from 2004-2007. Greg also served on the board for the Exposure:Photography Festival, which takes place every February.Greg gets around. He recently photographed his road trip to Los Angeles, and across the historic route 66. He’s photographed a fashion project in Jamaica. He also spent time shooting in Moscow, Russia.
