I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and began my career as a freelance jazz musician. With an interest in both music and science I studied musical composition and physics at Cal. State University Los Angeles. Upon completion of my Bachelor's degree in physics, I went on to graduate school at USC where I earned a Master's degree in applied physics with an emphasis in lasers and fiber optics. I then worked five years in aerospace at TRW in Redondo Beach doing research for high energy laser projects. My next career move was motivated by the desire to run my own business and at the same time return to my artistic roots. A new venture, Soundscape Productions, was born. This company did audio post-production work for the film and television industries.I designed and built two recording studios and served as chief sound engineer; recording, editing and mixing television shows. Six years later in 1997 my company expanded into broadcast video services and launched a new entity named Dubscape Incorporated. There I served as president and chief technical officer in charge of designing, building and maintaining the machine rooms and edit bays. In 2007 Dubscape landed a big contract to encode video for mobile phones and also became involved in video production for web-based projects.I applied my knowledge of video encoding, web video production, and streaming media to form Webcast & Beyond, a boutique video streaming company specializing in live webcasting.Currently, my main activity is running Webcast & Beyond which utilizes my skills in video production, live streaming, and audio engineering.
Listed skills include Post Production, Video Production, Pro Tools, Video, and 20 others.
