As an undergraduate student at the University of South Carolina, I am passionate about developing operational efficiency to deliver value and drive results. I am majoring in Operations and Supply Chain, with a minor in Data Analytics, at the Darla Moore School of Business, where I have been awarded the LIFE Scholarship and the Dean's List.I have gained valuable skills and experiences through working in the service industry, most recently as a Server and Oyster Shucker at Oyster House in Charleston, SC. There, I communicated with all restaurant staff to ensure streamlined and efficient service, distributed effort between many customers and shucking oysters to promote a positive atmosphere, and performed all operating and closing duties to consistently result in an efficient and clean restaurant. I also learned diverse construction trades skills, such as carpentry, painting, and plastering, during my summer job as a Construction Worker at W.H. Howerton Roofing & Construction.I am looking for a summer 2024 internship that will allow me to apply my academic knowledge and practical skills in the supply chain field. I am eager to learn from professionals who can offer me insights and guidance that will further my education and career goals. I am a goal-oriented, dynamic, and creative leader, with strong organization, project planning, and critical thinking skills. I am also a sport enthusiast, who enjoys playing and watching football, basketball, and baseball.
