Support the Training and Business Improvement Team by identifying, communicating, and improving business processes and systems to support business unit strategies.Responsibilities Include:* Regularly communicate with business unit leaders to ensure priorities remain aligned and provide regular project updates.*Identify and help prioritize business unit projects though an understanding of overall strategies and objectives.* Lead or be a resource for cross departmental projects. * Work with ERP providers and Wilco IT Team to identify and implement software enhancements and solve defects.* Develop and maintain effective training and process improvement programs.* Identify and communicate areas of opportunity and provide recommendations to improve work-flow, equipment, suppliers, and labor to achieve consistent, quality results. * Document and communicate business processes and work flow to management and co-workers, providing the foundation for training program development.* Lead process improvement implementations and training updates.* Evaluate effectiveness of training and process improvement programs through quality assurance and other feedback. * Monitor selected business processes; develop and distribute reports to communicate key business measurements.* Resource for others regarding process questions and troubleshooting.* Effectively lead meetings through a variety of media with designated project members or teams.
