I am leading global sales efforts for Caserta. Since 2001, Caserta has been helping companies get better use out of their data, providing services and strategy in areas of data engineering/architecture/intelligence/governance/warehousing, MDM, BI, AI/ML, and data science.

I held multiple positions at Pythian:-VP Global Sales & Customer Success, 11/17-present, overseeing global sales & customer success efforts;-VP, Global Sales, 6/14-11/17, overseeing global sales efforts for Pythian-Managing Director, US Sales, 11/11-5/14, overseeing US Sales efforts for Pythian-Director of Sales, 7/10-11/11, leading direct sales efforts and building a physical presence in NYC south to Washington, D.C. Founded in 1997, Pythian is the leader in helping businesses realize value from their data assets, accelerate software delivery, and enjoy more reliable, scalable IT systems. Expertise spans Big Data, DevOps, Analytics/Data Science, Cassandra, MySQL, Oracle, Oracle EBS, MS SQL and enterprise-level system administration. Pythian specializes in planning/deploying/managing on-premises as well as major cloud platforms.

Responsible for leading the managed hosting and managed services practices for 6 different offices in the eastern region. Managed hosting and managed services engagements include DR/BC, data backup, storage, DBA, virtualization, security, UC, networking and of course full production environment hosting.

Responsibilities included management of the company’s sales department, and determining strategy and direction of services and delivery to maintain competitive advantage; had significant responsibility for the overall performance of the company from a revenue and income perspective; as a company officer, maintained a prominent role operationally, and significantly responsible for bringing in new business.

Primary responsibilities included growing client base for business-to-business ISP. Products ranged from high-speed access services to high-end web hosting solutions, and consulting services. Spearheaded rebranding effort from Digital Telemedia to Logicworks in 2002.

INCITE was my own start-up apparel company, which I owned and operated (full time, 6/95-1/98). Achievements included, but are not limited to, negotiating sales to buyers/purchasers of large national and small local retail chains; created sales/marketing plan resulting in 500 unique clients, including design, pricing, supply chain.

Primary responsibility was research, analyze and generation of reports/appraisals of income producing property.
