Beginning my executive career at Jimmy John’s, I took on a multi-faceted role, where I successfully expanded Jimmy John’s from 33 to 300 stores ($230m) with franchisees, increasing gross margins by 7.4% in 2 years, achieved industry ranked top 5% turnover for 3 consecutive years, with 4 consecutive years of double-digital growth. During a progressive career of 5 years at Jimmy John’s, I had restructured all 300 of Jimmy John’s restaurants’ operational standards by introducing new systems, procedures, management incentive programs, training programs, franchisee enablement and shifting marketing strategies toward grassroots. Reduced cost of goods sold (3.4%), accounts receivable (80%), insurance costs (57%), company debt and internal delays.
