Efficiently coordinated all development matters for Kinsmen Place Lodge, a 157-bed complex care facility in Surrey, BC worth $33M. Worked closely with the owner, owner’s representative, general contractor and lender.- Facilitated 45 change orders, 26 progress draws, and directed the transition of all residents and assets from the old facility to the new one.

Enabled RE/MAX to distribute and manage leads for 8000 realtors and 329 franchise offices by aggregating listing records from 53 real estate boards in Ontario and Atlantic Canada;

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, generated a measurable reduction in operating costs across 19 offices by transitioning listing maintenance duties (ie. add/edit MLS listings) from local in-house staff to contractors in India, including training and generating training documentation.

• Enabled senior management to decide whether or not to aggregate listings from the real estate board by advising them on the benefits and costs; and
• Resolved all website defects by performing regression testing and directing the software provider to make the necessary corrections.
