Transformed it from a sub $15M “me too” online store product, to one of category leading omni-channel commerce & payments products generating $100’s M in subscription and transactional revenue. Expanded from ~10 person team to creation of Commerce division with ~300 people. Drove key acquisitions and launched integrations of best in class customer capabilities: Poynt (Point of Sale and GoDaddy Payments), Sellbrite (multi-channel Marketplace e-commerce management), and Plasso (Digital goods e-commerce). We built and launched mobile apps, a web app, and payment facilitator capabilities in partnership with Vantiv and then Stripe. *Led company from initial concept to over 150,000 SMB's on platform. * Recruited and hired cross functional team of ~ 40 people. *Established company as a top five player in the category with far less resources than competition.*Raised $25M + across multiple rounds of funding from top VCs and strategic investors: True Ventures, Storm Ventures, Verizon Ventures, Digicell, and WTI. * Re-structured company under challenging external circumstances and then sold to Due.com.
