Worked on a variety of transactions with a weighting towards Corporate Acquisitions, MBO's and Private Equity.Types of assignment undertaken as follows:Lead advisory- Providing valuation and structural advice on a transaction, preparing the Business Plan and Financial Model as necessary to attract the Debt and/or Equity funding.Financial Modelling- Using Microsoft Excel to build a fully bespoke and integrated financial model to assist in projecting profits, cash flows, covenant compliance and investor returns.

Commenced the ACA training contract at Ford Campbell in September 2000, straight from graduating from The University of Sheffield.Initially involved in the accounts preparation of smaller clients but in a short time period was moved on to the audits of sizable clients.Within a year was managing audit assignments and undertook two lengthy secondments in industry which both had a Corporate Finance emphasis.Throughout the ACA training contract showed a keen ambition in Corporate Finance which paved the way for moving my career in that direction.
