Maintains confidential information in accordance with state and federal laws/regulations. May assist I.T. in designing interfaces between HR data systems and other information systems (payroll, finance, etc.) as needed. Develops strategies to maximize efficiencies and minimize cost of HR processes across all of UTA through technology applications and initiatives. Provides training to HR users on functions and use of HRIS and other HR related applications. Manages HRIS inside ERP system. Show less
