As a Dasher, I deliver gourmet, freshly-prepared meals from your favorite local restaurants that formerly did not deliver. I was brought on to help launch the Dallas market on May 6th and now will be opening another coverage area June 6th for the Plano/Colony/Frisco area. I am learning this business from the ground up so that I can hopefully one day launch another city or state in the near future.

I received, documented and scanned all accounts payables for 3 separate subordinate businesses. I managed weekly payroll and 1099s for over 200 contractors through Great Plains software. I also maintained 100% maximum discount on all materials for the entire 4 quarters I was employed. I maintained audit spreadsheets through Excel to produce under 1% overall variance invoices every month. I trained new and current employees efficiency strategies to maximize invoice output while minimizing errors and enhancing customer satisfaction. I was also responsible for invoicing all travel expenses for all engineers on Intercept satellite offices nationwide.

I prepared timely, accurate invoices for TXU complex customers through two different billing systems, Cordaptix and Legacy. mid-migration. I created custom Excel spreadsheets explaining kilowatt-hour consumptions for each accounts' billing department on a monthly basis. I also sustained "open-line communications" with over 25 high profile education and government accounts.
