Standardized and documented business processes to eliminate non value added activities, reducing costs while adding value to the business and the customer. Leveraged existing IT underutilized IT functionality within PeopleSoft to increase departmental efficiency. Enabled dunning letters and statement functionality to increase cash flow, customer contact and reconciliation with the customer regarding their accounts. Reduced DSO by 23 days. Project Champion for successful implementation of desktop fax software (RightFax). Led project and launched online bill payment site to accept eChecks and credit cards, shifting processing labor from collections staff to 24/7 customer availability.
