Served as an IT Business Analyst to define project requirements for the IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) within Caterpillar Corporation.  Duties included: Assisting in a team environment to develop requirements, create training materials and provide training, and preparing RFI/RFP to be sent for Value-Added Reseller bids.

Vendor Analyst: Multiple Roles June 1998 – June 2009Responsible for the day to day activities of vendors, requesting consulting resources from vendors, monitoring the company spend on each vendor, and each vendor's performance. Reporting results to upper management on a monthly basis.Led the team to initiate and grow a relationship with a core sourcing provider for the Systems Department. Was the primary person to develop a vendor dashboard, providing all information on a vendor for the company on a 1-page format.
