Manage a team of production staff and managers responsible for supporting community members in training and production of local, timely and relevant television content.In 2009 I developed the business plan to create a centralized mobile fleet garage for the Greater Toronto Area. This facility improved maintenance and created a secure storage location for the mobile production assets. Additionally, it allowed Rogers TV to ensure that the right asset was assigned to productions and it improved the training and skill sets of our technical staff. This resulted in significantly improved quality of our mobile productions, improved safety record and extended the life of our mobile trucks and related assets. Show less

The donation of the truck helped generate additional donations and the truck was refurbished and allowed the college to continue their highly respected mobile production classes with reliable and modern facilities. Playback recorded programs and on community channel and assist with production of studio and mobile based productions. After graduating college worked full time as a Producer and worked with community members to facilitate production of shows. Worked with manager to design and build first mobile production truck for Armstrong Cable 10 which increased number of productions completed in the community including parades, special events and on location shows.
