The Saskatchewan Roughriders lead the Canadian Football League in almost every measurable business and brand metric while maintaining a local and national fan base that is recognized across the sports industry in both Canada and the US. The Riders consistently rank among the top pro sports brands in Canada. During my tenure with the club we led the league in revenues, attendance, TV ratings and social engagement, despite being the smallest pro sports market in Canada. Sales of Rider branded merchandise exceeded all other CFL teams combined.I led Roughrider brand strategy, marketing, all things digital, PR, ticket sales ,new business development, events, community engagement initiatives and private fundraising. Our focus was on customer retention, recruitment and loyalty, driven by exceeding expectations, rewarding our fans and delivering exceptional physical and digital/social experiences at the local, provincial and national levels. Rider social channels have over 500,000 followers from across the globe.In 2017, in collaboration with the City of Regina, we opened a new, state of the art, $300M+, 34,000 seat stadium that hosts CFL football, major concerts and community events year round. Mosaic Stadium has been widely referred to by national media as the finest outdoor stadium in Canada, rivaling any facility of its size in North America.

Led global business development, brand, marketing and mobile software development teams focused on delivering branded mobile consumer solutions in collaboration with leading global and national media partners.Developed strategic marketing and brand collaborations to support sales and engagement of mobile applications distributed to millions of users on a daily basis. Led teams of over 75 staff members in marketing, brand, business and software development. Extensive collaboration with media companies and software development partners across multiple industry verticals including lifestyle, health, travel, retail, news, sports and entertainment.Nokia was historically a top 10 global brand and distributed mobile devices, apps which engaged millions of users each day in over 180 countries.

Led business development, brand management and promotional collaboration across key consumer product segments including NFL branded interactive and digital products. Drove multi-million dollar licensing and partnership programs with leading national brands including retail.

Launched LEGO's North American Media division and brand extension into interactive media products. Established and led marketing, brand management, PR and North American sales teams with full P&L responsibility.
