As Vice President, provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for all space and campus planning, real estate, design and engineering, project planning and delivery, facilities maintenance, energy management, deferred maintenance planning and asset management, and various campus services across Boston University’s varied 15.6 million square feet built enviornment in the City of Boston, Town of Brookline, and several locations domestically and internationally.

- Oversaw campus operations and planning initiatives including space planning and management, strategic communications, campus development frameworks, risk mitigation and emergency response preparedness, negotiating with abutting real estate developers, and developing new organizational strategic plan focused on customer-centric service operations, enhanced capital renewal and asset management processes, and staff development programs.- In partnership with Government & Community Affairs, have led all aspects of developing, submitting, and gaining approval (pending) of University’s Institutional Master Plan filing for the 12.6 million sf, 115-acre Charles River Campus with the City of Boston. This work has required interfacing with dozens of constituent stakeholder groups, including University senior leadership, University Board of Trustees, City agencies, task force and community members. - Guided and oversaw development and application of data, research, and analyses to support facilities planning and management, real estate management, campus planning, capital project delivery, public safety, and emergency management for Boston University’s 3 primary campuses in Boston and Brookline, Massachusetts. - Led and coordinated human capital, information technology, budget, and process improvement initiatives across Campus Planning & Operations portfolio by creating frameworks, plans, and methodologies to present forward-thinking, high-impact data analytics and campus visions focused on key strategic and programmatic initiatives.

- Led and guided all academic, research, student life, and administrative units through COVID-19 pandemic operating protocols and return to campus activities to ensure safe & compliant reactivation of buildings and spaces – during core part of pandemic in 2020 and into fall 2021.- Directed process improvement, analysis, systems governance, and communications initiatives, which included the implementation and administration of information management systems – such as project planning and delivery, emergency notifications, and card access management to enhance operational and analytical functions.- Responsible for the management of a comprehensive program for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and managing the University's space inventory and utilization information for all academic, research and administrative units on and off campus, that occupy over 15 million sf in 370+ properties. - Served as project executive for renovation and expansion of the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, including oversight of design and engineering firms, all public input and permitting requirements, and coordination with construction project leads. - In partnership with student groups, University academic and administrative offices, and with planning, construction, facilities operations colleagues, transformed BU’s bathroom infrastructure to provide greater equity and access menstrual products dispensers and all gender facilities.

- Reporting directly to the Vice President, led organization initiatives including the development of a major reorganization of the Facilities Management & Planning organization resulting in 10 promotions and creation of a new Campus Planning & Operations organization. - Led the first University-wide development of a Campus Framework to inform the University’s Strategic Plan and next iteration of campus plans, strategic acquisitions and dispositions, development opportunities, and impact of other developments near University property. - Coordinated transition of operations and 5-acre, 400,000 real property portfolio of Wheelock College as part of merger with Boston University.- Coordinated due diligence reports for University senior leadership and Board for ground lease and sale of nine buildings across 1.5 acres and 310,000 sf.- Led strategic planning initiative to improve facilities management systems and tools with Information Services and Technology. Served as project executive for the implementation of first digital University-wide pace management information system.
