The framework identified 200+ operational readiness activities across 65+ stakeholders, and through monitoring avoided a 9 month delay to a critical project.

This included overseeing the development of a consolidated PowerBI dashboard of Portfolio of 50+ projects to support executive visibility of portfolio health and portfolio prioritisation.- Developed a 5 year technology plan identifying key priority spend commitments across a global mining technology function which resulted in ~US$60M of OPEX cost savings over the 5 year period.
