My most recent role was as a Brokerage Services Coordinator at Newmark Knight Frank, where I specialized in multifamily investments and underwriting.In this role, I marketed multifamily buildings for sale, wrote offers and disclosures, and managed escrow timelines. I also analyzed asset performance and market trends to determine pricing and valuations. Additionally, I have experience in property management and marketing coordination, where I oversaw the renovation of apartment buildings, managed accounts receivable and payable, and created and edited marketing materials and presentations.
