Feb 2022-PresentGroup Service Manager Manager Duties:• Responsible for all activities, personnel and the commercial development of the workshop, parts department, and showroom within the depot.• Responsible for all aspects of strategic development and growth of the depot.• Financial and operational responsibility for activities including; P&L, stock, cashflow, debts billing, overheads, and margins etc.• Overall responsibility for all H&S issues and training at the Depot, presenting costed delivery plans. • Work with the director and other senior managers to maximize efficiencies of all areas. • Manage, develop and motivate staff ensuring appropriate training and timely appraisals are conducted with the support of HR.• Ensure that the profile of the depot is marketed, working with the company’s marketing personnel.• Ensure customer satisfaction is kept to a high standard.• Attend management meetings and provide reports, as required.• Collate and prepare Kpi reports to maximize return within all areas.

• Ensure a consistent, high standard of service is delivered by the Service Team• Provide specialist Service advice to our customers over the counter/telephone• Build new relationships with customers to increase department growth• General administrative duties to include management of the workshop diary, billing and warranty claims • Maintain a high level of H&S within the workshop and associated areas• Deliver regular toolbox talks to raise H&S awareness• Manage the fleet of vehicles in accordance with the Company Vehicle Policy and comply with all Operator License requirements.• Arrange appropriate training for the Service Technicians to develop their skills and ensure our compliance with current legislation.

To prepare and claim all warranty work carried out within the Agricultural workshop and maximize returns from claims.

Technical support for the transition of the fleet, to remap all vehicles for performance / fuel economy.Stock control of in house parts department ensuring parts readily available at all times for new and older models.
