A Steam Trap Survey and Repair for Spirit AeroSystems (Boeing) and Air Products Inc. This energy procedure saved the companies hundreds of thousands of dollars and reduced the Carbon Footprint from their operations significantly. I believe in safety training and have conducted classes for many major firms. I recently instructed the entire staff at the Siemens Wind Turbine Nacelle manufacturing plant in Hutchinson, KS. This class included ASME Bolt Theory and Hydraulic Torque Tool Safety. I have provided similar classes for Vatterott Industrial Education departments several times, Vestas Wind Turbine Maintenance Group, GE Wind, Cloud County Community College Wind Turbine Tech Training and KS Gas Service. Vestas Wind Management mentioned that related injuries were noticeably reduced after training.In a nut shell, I like applying common sense engineering solutions and disciplines to difficult projects.
