What a journey it is! I am challenged each day and enjoy learning and growing everyday. My Goals...CHALLENGE THE NORMS OF DOING THINGS--BRING OUT THE BEST IN MYSELF AND OTHERS!Some of my Business Philosophies are...1. CHALLENGE and CHANGE THE CULTURE! Why does it have to be this way or that way? What can it be? What should it be? Change, maintain, and BE the Culture and Attitude you expect in your business.2. NEVER STOP LEARNING AND DON'T GIVE UP! There is always something to improve on--whether it be in your personal life, business life, or family life. Keep IMPROVING and growing. Gain new skills and improve others.3. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AS INVITED AND EXPECTED GUESTS. They should feel welcome and expected. Prepare each day for them as you would for invited guests in your home. TREAT THEM AS GUEST and THEY WILL BECOME LIKE FAMILY! Once someone has trusted you for their repairs---You should be able to say they would NEVER go anywhere else or to anyone else.4. NETWORK AND ADD VALUE TO OTHERS LIVES!5. EMPOWER PEOPLE. Give them the Freedom to make mistakes. If they are fearful for their jobs and failure they will hesitate and are doomed to fail. Let them make decisions---good and bad so they can learn and grow. Let your team do what they do best--encourage creativity and new ways to do things!6. WHEN SOMEONE "FAILS" ASK YOURSELF...Did they have the knowledge and ability to succeed? If not develop them--teach them--help them.Our Business is only as good as the team we build to represent it!Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.
