• Designed a prototype satellite communication drifting marine buoy to be used for tracking Fishing Gear and Sea Surface Temperature (SST).• Completed and invoiced $100K from a stalled project with the US Dept. of Transportation (USDOT) for Instant Image Access. This technology supported highway system development by Bentley MicroStation software users based on high-resolution OrbView-3 (1m) imagery.

• Devised and launched start-of-operations for the SeaStar Commercial service that supported International Fishing Fleets with satellite derived ocean measurements. This included the satellite imagery processing, development of the end-user decision support software system, and the integration with the vessel’s communication systems for product delivery and interpretation.• Built and led a 10-person Engineering and Oceanographic team that grew revenues from a start-up to over $8M annually. • Led the market introduction into Latin America, Spain and France which increased the revenues by $2M.
