Led product management team of 40+ people responsible for 50+ embedded finance use cases across commercial, corporate, wealth, consumer banking, and consumer lending. API use cases included credit card opening, real-time payments, wire payments, ACH payments, virtual card payment, push to card payments, account validation, brokerage clearing, account statements, home mortgage, capital markets, commercial lending, and many more. Awarded best open banking APIs in North America (2021) by Global Finance and “Top 3 Banks for Corporate APIs Overall” (2022) by Finlync based on our commitment to developing premium bank API offerings that powered the tools and solutions run by our commercial and corporate clients and fintech partners.

I led product management for Wells Fargo’s award-winning Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO) platform, winner of the Global Finance 2020 and 2021 “Best Online Portal” awards for corporate/institutional digital banks. I also led shared channel capability teams, including alerts, entitlements, identity management, content management, and the CEO Mobile® native iOS and Android apps. I also sponsored and spearheaded strategy and execution for a robust design system and UI component framework built on React and used by 100+ customer-facing and internal applications across the enterprise.

I formed and led the technical product management team responsible for Wells Fargo’s enterprise microservices and internal API strategy and execution in partnership with enterprise architecture and engineering teams. Our team defined and piloted a new internal API product lifecycle model and platform, including design, publishing, and marketplace tools, along with a robust internal API gateway. I sponsored and led 10 agile scrum teams that built 100+ enterprise-class internal APIs and microservices to support core cross-LOB business needs such as digital account open, payments, and identity management.

I led and managed multiple teams of product managers responsible for Wells Fargo’s award-winning CEO® Mobile app, along with other key digital initiatives for commercial banking customers. I had primary business strategic, financial, and tactical responsibility for the redesign of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO) platform, a multi-year initiative with the objective of making 80+ applications responsive and adaptive across devices while meeting online accessibility standards and ensuring best-in-class usability.

I led a team of product managers in defining, developing, and launching online and automated treasury management products and services to commercial banking customers. I managed Wells Fargo’s automated payables and receivables platforms, enabling customers to automate their accounting processes through file-based transmissions. I established and built out an ERP integration strategy and team for wholesale, including an innovative and industry-leading adapter for a key ERP software provider.

I was responsible for rolling out an industry-leading check conversion optimization product, allowing for checks deposited through remote deposit, lockboxes, ATMs, cash vaults, or branch locations to be converted to ACH based on optimized routing preferences and business rules. I led the receivables product management team through the largest bank merger in history, resulting in large-scale platform integrations, retirements, and migrations.

I was a product manager responsible for rolling out Wells Fargo’s innovative Desktop Deposit® platform, winner of CIO Magazine’s CIO 100 award for technology innovation.

I managed the successful roll-out of software-based benchmarking product designed to provide actionable financial benchmark information to law firm clients. I formulated and implemented marketing mix and business development strategies, expanding program participation by over 25% prior to product launch.

I managed key technical projects for team of 45 testers responsible for QA on a complex telecom order management system. I led the team in identifying and eliminating problems with order completion, reducing error rate for 90,000+ monthly orders from 5% to less than 1%.
