An experienced Association Executive and business leader, I have strong experience in strategy, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, communications and marketing. I understand how both businesses and governments work, having worked in both sectors. In the public sector, I have worked in central Government policy and operational roles, including heading up Going Digital, the program to transition New Zealand to digital television. I love making a difference and achieving meaningful outcomes. I supported the retail sector through the COVID-19 pandemic, have delivered policy and legislative change on a number of fronts; and have driven strong member engagement.

The program was a success - both on-time and 21 per cent under budget.We were recognised with a CAANZ Award for the "Most Effective" marketing campaign, and an IABC Gold Quill Award.
