I led Going Digital, the Government program which was responsible for New Zealand's move to digital television. I built a well-recognised brand, achieving 98 per cent public awareness, and ensured that no household was unintentionally left behind in the move to digital through a combination of community outreach, marketing, communications, and the in-home installation of a Targeted Assistance Package to around 33,000 of the most vulnerable households around the country. The program was a success - both on-time and 21 per cent under budget.We were recognised with a CAANZ Award for the "Most Effective" marketing campaign, and an IABC Gold Quill Award.
