I am a proactive, adaptable individual with good communication and organisational skills. I have vast amount of experience working in and around the transport industry. I have a proven track record in training, Over the past 5 years, I have been the lead DCPC trainer in the South West and the "GO TO" person for information and support for both my training colleagues and operational managers. I have been responsible for implementation and delivery of some nationwide programmes for Driver's and other bite sized training within Royal Mail. Other key area of my role's, has also been the assessing of driver capabilities to ensure safe driving and fuel efficiency alongside accident management investigation. Identifying training needs, if needed design/ delivering appropriate bite sized training ensuring positive outcomes are achieved.
