Teamwork is Strength. It can't be taught, it has to be caught. Discovering the best & fastest methods team building has become a life passion of mine. My highest level of teamwork intelligence began after high school sports as an Army Special Forces, Green Beret, where being a matter of life or death, teamwork is Job #1. Then, as a coach, my biggest challenge was a team without strong unity or communication. That drove me and a team of sports legends to share ideas, build and rigorously test a revolutionary system that would create teamwork easier than ever. The goal was to develop something that removed trial & error and guarantee results. PP2 had to work every time for every individual, group, team and community.We spent years of developing, building and testing prototype after prototype until we were sure we met every requirement on the list. Next, it was time for real-world testing of the PP2 machine. And, we didn't mess around. We first went straight to the inner-city. To a team that likely, by anyone's definition, were the bad news bears of football teams, so we could easily measure their improvements. Team chemistry dramatically changed on day one, and they finished their season undefeated state champions! The best part is that Coach Lopez told us us that each player had life-changing testimonials of how PP2 impacted their life in such positive ways. He gave full credit to PP2 for winning the championship, but story after story was about the transformation of his players through the life and coping skills they acquired. Then, he said, "I'm writing a book about it." At that moment that I knew we had nailed it. The results were better than we could have asked or imagined!We pressed on with an extensive pilot program. Team after team with rags to riches stories. An NBC sportscaster titled his story about Power Plus 2 "The Miracle Machine." Letters came in from school principals and athletic directors telling us PP2 transformed their entire school community. It's a blast having the ability to bless people with life & coping skills like unity, trust, confidence, and communication that transforms their character for a well-functioning life. These skills pay forward in life to teammates, friends, family, co-workers, etc. A mayor in Louisiana was so impressed with the community transformation that he did a written proclamation naming May 11th, "Power Plus 2 Day" for the city.Would you like to facilitate the next success story?
