Greg Hering is a co-founder of ClearPath Energy. Greg has been in renewable energy business for the past 15+ years and leads the development of next-generation siting technologies that ClearPath uses to prospect and design high-value projects. Prior to founding ClearPath Energy, Greg founded Bright Lite Energy in 2014, developing and selling 32MW of projects. Prior to Bright Lite, Greg co-founded Solventerra in 2010, a Boston-based solar developer where he was the Director of Development and led the development of over 13MW. Prior to co-founding Solventerra, Greg founded Emergent Energy Group in 2006, a renewable energy consulting and development company. Emergent performed wind and solar development and consulting in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Emergent won BusinessWeek’s Top Company in America Run by People Under 25 in 2009.
