Developed Air Spring Suspension Control software to adjust and maintain the height of a vehicle on a air suspension.Created algorithm and control software for an air-spring controller that includes a system for RV’s that levels the RV to the horizon on uneven terrain. Patent granted for algorithm.Designed a configurable air suspension controller for the European Market for delivery vehicles and RV’s. This product is in production.Designed control software for a Low Floor Bus that enables the bus to ‘kneel’ thereby easing entry for handicapped riders.Integrated J1939 CAN communications stack to enable ECU to communicate on RV, Truck, Bus and Farm Equipment CAN buses.Developed control software for demonstration vehicles for GM, the military and ambulance applications.Participated in DFMEA development for production projects.Developed software under QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949 development standards.Developed diagnostic and calibration routines to support field service and end of line calibration of air-spring system including ISO15765 data layer.Designed flash boot loaders to allow new software to be downloaded over RS-232 and CAN bus systems.Developed after market air suspension controller for the American Market for truck and hot-rod application.
