Greg is a Certified Facilitator and Coach. His extensive background in business development, sales and consulting, and leadership training, lends to an engaging and knowledgeable, interactive presentation of training material and practical application. Certified as a Workshop Facilitator with MAP Negotiation, Facilitator/Global Consultant with Bunnell Idea Group and HBDI® Practitioner. This year included the addition of certification as a Guide/Consultant with GiANT Worldwide and ongoing training in the 5 Voices Leadership model.Greg has over 30 years of direct experience in business management, development, sales, and training and has been directly responsible for negotiating contracts worth millions of dollars in the solar energy and remodeling industries, dealing face to face with customers, contractors, and clients.He has worked with companies in mining and maufacturing to provide leadership and management training for supervisors in both the U.S. and abroad. Additionally, working with multiple mid size construction and sales companies, he advanced the leadership skills of sales teams and streamlined departments to increase profitability.More recently, Greg has been involved in the North American Launch of a training program developed by a Swedish firm to multiply sales, business development, and presentation skills of Key Account Managers. He has combined his hands on business experience and development skill with a sincere dedication to train individuals toward new perspectives in business advancement and methodology. He is able to connect and communicate in varied and diverse environments, and leads others into a high level of expertise. He has also worked with an Australian Training firm, and their client, an international mining and exploration enterprise to provide leadership and management training for supervisors in both the U.S. and abroad. These engagements included both face to face training and web based follow-up to enhance and solidify the learning. Practice has also included developing and writing training workbooks and material for Jim Gosnell Trading Systems to teach a method for day trading stock futures. The training also includes Greg facilitating a live, online Trading Room to demonstrate the system on various stock trading platforms.
