After collaborating with Craig Larman, co-creator of LeSS, on large scale agile product development beginning in 2006, I had the honor to become the first certified LeSS trainer after Craig Larman and Bas Vodde setup the LeSS Company. Prior to LeSS (Large Scale Scrum), the approach to scaling lean and agile that we used was just called "Scaling Lean & Agile Development". Based on deep experience in product development at scale, what became known as LeSS has now helped many companies to successfully develop products using lean and agile thinking, reducing waste, increasing customer centricism and transforming organizations to become effective at product development in the digital age.
