I am also a technical project manager on living shoreline and stream bank restoration projects implementing innovative designs by Douglas Janiec (Sovereign's Senior Restoration Ecologist). I am also Sovereign's disaster response and recovery program manager where Sovereign provides support to hurricanes and wildfires under to clients under various federal contracts.I have over 35 years of environmental and management experience including: * managing operations for a 62-person environmental office, * having P&L responsibility for a $100+M disaster response and recovery service line, * developing new and successful corporate capabilities and initiatives, * providing business development strategy and program development.When I am not working, you can probably find me on the tennis court.
