Currently the managing director at Mcity, I have spent twenty-five years creating and fostering new transportation technologies and services at all levels, from customer discovery, design, and engineering at startups, to research investment, business mentorship, and resource planning in public-private partnerships. I am particularly drawn to innovations that allow us to more efficiently use and share resources, with a focus on transportation and its intersection with our internet-enabled society. I am comfortable in and enjoy public facing roles, leading teams in larger, distributed environments, as well as working as a key contributor in small startups. I enjoy the collaboration and challenge of turning a business concept into a working system, from the vision of positive social impact down to the technical details of implementation.
