As many PE investors move to making investments in professional sports, I also served as the leader of PwC's Sports Advisory practice working on 53 professional sports potential investments. I was the PwC private equity leader and served on the Americas and Global leadership teams. At PwC my experience focused on the areas of mergers and acquisitions including strategic assessments, business and financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and pre– and post–merger integration.This experience included both financial and strategic buyers in public and private deals concentrating on complex domestic and international transactions, carve-outs and disposals ranging from $150M to in excess of $27B. His breadth of industry experience includes media and entertainment, industrial products, manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, business services and professional sports franchises.I also previously led the PwC merger integration practice, The Accelerated Transition®, leading engagements for both strategic clients and private equity firms.
