This required the ability to communicate both orally and in written correspondence to executive level audiences. Assigned work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjusted priorities, and prepared schedules for work completion. Performed a wide variety of managerial duties to include but not limited to evaluating subordinates on work performance; counseling employees as required; resolving informal grievances and takes disciplinary action as required; and approving/disapproving leave, work schedules, managing budget and time records to meet mission requirements.
