Chinook Book is an SMB with over 25 employees providing a marketing and discount platform for hundreds of thousands of consumer users and thousands of sustainability-focused advertisers and rewards partners.Key accomplishments:- Took the company from losing money to EBITDA-positive in the first 24 months.- Led the modernization of Celilo’s advertising product offering from once-per-year sales (a legacy from the print book) to campaign-based sales with multiple sales opportunities per year – increasing per-client sales per year.- Sunset the physical Chinook Book product (the original company product), migrating more than 90% of all advertising clients to the Chinook Book app, positioning the company for the future.- Changed the company’s profile from a local 5-market platform to a national footprint with more than 100 eCommerce clients and a growing national consumer base.- Maintained a higher than 75% renewal rate for advertising clients.- Restructured the company to better serve clients from siloed sales teams to a single national sales force and integrated marketing, production, and customer support.

Worked with the Celilo CEO, management team, and iPhone strategy consultants and directed an offshore development team to develop the first Chinook Book mobile coupon app released in 2010. Key accomplishments:- Successfully managed off-shore development and the launch of the first single-use coupon book application on the iPhone launched in September 2010 on time and under budget.- Managed real-time integration of Salesforce data into Chinook Book mobile app platform databases.

As an Internet strategy and technology consultant, worked on multidisciplinary teams in various countries in North America, Europe, and Asia creating Internet content, digital products, websites, and services.Key accomplishment:- Developed a 3D platform for online custom shoe creation for RYZ shoes allowing online users to create custom sneakers in 3D.
