I lead communications for Curtis Banks, the UK's largest independent provider of SIPPs, covering internal, external and corporate messaging. I'm responsible for our brand, visual identity and marketing. I also lead the Product team, responsible for the maintenance and governance of all pensions at Curtis Banks and Suffolk Life, the Client Relations team, responsible for complaints management across all Curtis Banks Group products, and Client Relationships, responsible for operational relationship management of key business relationships.I act as a pensions spokesperson to the national and trade media with specific responsibility for SIPPs and the business, and am recognised as one of the leading members of the self invested personal pension industry.
