Most previously I initiated, built, and led the Learning and Development Department, consisting of 8 L&D professionals, at Intouch Group. Prior to this I was SVP Creative Services at Intouch. During my 7-year tenure as the head of creative we grew from a handful of designers to a full strategic partner to our clients with over 30 associates in the department. During my tenure, the team I built contributed to the agency being named Agency of the Year 4 times in our category Prior to this I was V.P. of Creative Services, Training and Development for PlattForm advertising. where I led 30 creative professionals. I was ultimately responsible for all creative produced by the agency including television, print and web production and all agency training. The 10 years prior to this I owned my own Marketing/Management/Motivation consultancy company: I spoke with literally hundreds of marketing professionals via public seminars regarding Management and Creative Marketing. I wrote and delivered "The Copywriter's Workshop".Prior to this I served in the Account Service departments in advertising agencies in Dallas and Kansas City, working on blue chip clients such as Frito-Lay, Hallmark, and Borden Dairy.
