In acting for both landlords and tenants in shopping centres and on the high street Greg has built up a wealth of experience. Over the years he has acted for a number of retailers including Starbucks, Halfords, New Look, Habitat and Benetton, as well as acting on Paddy Power's store openings. Additionally, Greg has considerable experience acting for landlords and corporate occupiers in the office, business parks and industrial sectors and in dealing with residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. Greg also works in the real estate finance sector acting for funders, investors and developers, including acting for banks and other niche lenders. Previous projects include the development of a major international hotel, Business Premises Renovation Allowance (BPRA) schemes and the Scottish security documentation for the Edinburgh Airport Limited acquisition. More recently, Greg has focused on portfolio acquisition finance, healthcare and student accommodation sectors. Greg previously worked in Dubai and was part of a legal team advising government departments on number of major residential and commercial property schemes, including Jumeirah Lake Towers and The Palm, Jumeirah and also advising IFA Hotels and Resorts in respect of residential serviced apartments in Laguna Tower, Dubai.
