At Digital Realty I am part of the team responsible for a new Customer Data Management program with Master Data Management, ultimately leading to a Customer 360 view. I am involved with governance, technology, data quality, processes, and data operations.In addition, I am responsible for the quality and governance of Salesforce account data to help drive our Go-To-Market strategy, including leading a team that provides account support throughout the organization.Projects include governance process design and implementation, designing and implementing account structure and hierarchy automation, and building and monitoring reports for data quality. I work closely with other teams on system integrations dependencies. I also oversee ongoing data cleanup efforts. Heavy utilization of Salesforce and Alteryx.
