I held 3 positions at uPerform over 10 years. I began my career as a Professional Services Consultant (PSC) providing hands-on consultative services to Fortune 500 customers. I was then promoted to Manager of Product Consulting (MPC) and merged the Professional Services group with the Pre-Sales Engineers to provide a hybrid solution.
