I am an entrepreneurial architect working on developing trends in residential design and construction, using business models outside of traditional architectural practice to extend opportunities and influence the market. I am engaged in the study off-site and lean construction methods for housing and maintain key partnerships with leaders in this field.Currently engaged in:- Development, marketing, and sales of market niche residential products leveraging demand unserved by wider housing market. Independent brand of catalog house plan products with focus on modern and contemporary design launched in 2002, ongoing.- Working alliances with prominent off-site builders and house manufacturers. This extends the reach of our housing products to a different category of consumers. - Working on development of off-site building techniques for the North American market oriented towards energy efficient construction, including the design of advanced wall systems.Locally I have a hands on practice oriented to small to medium sized projects in residential and commercial. Our work in catalog houseplans has led to some demand for our design services for custom work outside of the normal reach of our local practice.
