My primary role at Shop4Charity as Customer Service Coordinator is to ensure our customers receive a high level of customer service at every step of their relationship with our company. I oversee two call centers where I maintain an open line of communication with Supervisors so that our agents are kept up to date with the latest promotions and program changes. Communication is key to ensure everyone involved is on the same page and confident with their answers to customer inquiries.I also play an important role in troubleshooting on a myriad of issues by listening and tracking customer and agent feedback and relaying important information back to the rest of the Executive team. I work with all departments involved to seek solutions with the goal of creating a better customer experience.My ultimate goal is to make Shop4Charity a fun place to work while maintaining a culture of excellence from the top down. I oversee the call centre from a high level. Review schedules and work levels to create efficiency. I am a direct liaison between the call centre and the Call Centre Manager. As the Workforce Supervisor, I am aware of the call centre team's productivity, their strengths and weaknesses, and I work to constantly improve output.
