Provide a white glove customer experience for property owners by providing a single point of contact and coordinating vendors, internal installation resources and material sourcing.Customer On-boarding/Support – Work directly with partners to activate equipment, change programming, answer billing questions and provide any other support necessary to deliver a world class customer experience.
