The recurring theme in my career is building. Early on I was nominated as a charter member into a Fortune 50 management development program. As an already established “go to” guy when colleagues needed assistance with challenging situations, this was a great accelerator to that role. I became very skilled at developing solutions and building relationships. Working for Fortune 50 companies (e.g. General Electric, MCI, and RCA) was an ideal environment for me to grow and evolve, taking on increased responsibilities and higher positions with the benefit of great mentors who shared their expertise and guidance, building on my education and talents. I moved on to C-suite positions in diverse enterprises, building and developing high-performing teams. I have an exemplary track record of success in leading, developing, enhancing, and repairing businesses. My greatest accomplishments have been in the areas of building enterprise value, business growth, turnarounds, restructuring, integration, and mergers and acquisitions. During my career, I joined a Vistage peer advisory group. Vistage is the world’s leading executive coaching organization. I found Vistage to be an excellent vehicle for dealing with complex challenges and the Vistage method for issue processing is second to none. My career has been focused on sharing expertise helping CEOs, business owners, and key executives build and grow their companies, bringing forth enhanced results and making a difference.
