• Transformed a PreK-8 School district into a cutting-edge Google-based school district where every child grade grades 3-8 has their own assigned Chromebook which they can take home. Gone to the cloud with Google G-Suite and teachers using Chromebooks. • Oversee a team consisting of a network administrator, computer technician, data specialist and media coordinator. • Provide ed-tech support and direction to three computer teachers and over one hundred teachers district-wide. • Maintain a technology budget of over half a million. • Transforming a district by virtualizing servers, updating IWB equipment, updating lunch program POS.• As part of a cost reduction and a move to go green we have instituted follow me, rules-based printing.• Established a local educational news channel. • The successful rollout of nearly 100 new laptops. for teachers and have gone 1:1 using Chromebooks with every student district-wide grade 3-8 in two a little more than two year's time. • I removed old devices and reallocated workable devices to grades PreK-2 so to be 1:1 every student district-wide.• Deployed a new district website, and web-based teacher evaluation system called Oasys coupled with My Learning Plan. Successfully transitioned SIS to PowerSchool. • Completed an install/update of district wide wi-fi in every building putting one Aerohive AP in every classroom where we are 1:1.• Outfitted every classroom this year so every classroom in district with either an IWB or projector.• Maintain and support numerous offerings of educational software. • Provide ongoing PD for teachers and staff on best ways to integrate technology seamlessly into their teaching.Have helped in creating and bring an Augmented Reality Sandbox into district.• Linked all software offerings to SIS through Clever instituting SSO in district.
