I am also the head editor and creator of an English magazine called MM (My Magazine) that was designed to allow students the opportunity to express themselves as they saw fit, to bring the city of Suzhou closer to each student, and the chance to explore new cultures. I was in charge of making sure the magazine was created in a timely manner as well as helping our team become better writers. I also promoted English through a variety of school clubs, such as a reading club, a movie club, and a basketball club. As creator of these clubs it was my duty to track students reading progress and comprehension abilities, to ask questions that forced the students to think critically, to work as a team, and most importantly to help students think creatively.
