I am a self starter from the onslaught. Growing up on Prince Edward Island had many benefits but also many deterrents. I am the second youngest in a family of seven children and learned at a young age that, if you wanted something, you had to go out and get it for yourself. After spending upwards of 20 years in many different careers in the U.S. I returned back to the safety and quality of life that only P.E.I. offers, to raise my own family. My father suggested that Real Estate might be a good fit for me. He was right. Since getting my license in 2003, I have managed to be recognized as an agent that treats every client with highly ethical values and a drive that has impressed most. Many of my clients have become friends and many friends have become clients. Through my unique experiences in both the US and Canada I have a specialization in respect to investment properties which, on PEI, are moderately priced and good long term investments. I have been seated on the PEIREA Board of Directors for many years now and have just been appointed as 1st Vice President, volunteering to help this industry move forward with technology and helping all members stay current and well educated in regards to the needs of the industry. I established Blue Ocean Real Estate in 2010 and have kept all of my salespeople to the same highly ethical standards. I treat every client as a member of the family with solid advice and consistent follow-up even after the transactions.
